Support Points, aka Friend Points, are gained when someone uses your favorite character in battle. You can earn up to a cap of 500 at once. They can be exchanged at the Support Point Booth for helpful items. Items have either a daily or monthly reset limit.
To find the support point shop, select Equipment, Exchange Booth, and then scroll down near the bottom until you see the banner above.
